Loan Application Needs List

 In order to determine all your options, we need paperwork from you, UP FRONT.

  Please provide me with the following:

  1)  Most recent One Month paystubs

 2)  Most recent Two Months bank statements, 401(k)’s, stocks, IRA’s  (All Pages).     

 3)  2008 & 2009 Tax Returns & W-2′s (All Pages)

 4.) Legible copies of Drivers License and Social Security cards for all borrowers.

Please provide us with your realtor information, if you are already working with one.

 While we are in this process, do not change banks, do not transfer money between accounts and do not change or quit your job without discussing the consequences first with me.

 Please fax (877) 329-2035, the information to me, indicating on your cover page, how many pages you are sending.  Please also be sure to give me your cell, work and home phone numbers, in addition to your email address, to avoid delays in case I have questions.   

Once you have provided all this information, we can determine your options and I will issue an approval so your offer can move forward.
