 Tim Burrell

Tim Burrell did his first short sale in 1992 and has done them ever since.He teaches a course approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission on Short Sales and has written the definitive short sale book Create A Short Sale, Your Guide Through the Short Sale Maze that is scheduled to be endorsed by CRS. 

 Robert Jackson

Robert Jackson A bona fide expert in the mortgage banking and post-foreclosure legal fields, Mr. Jackson earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California, where he was recognized as a member of the prestigious Order of the Coif (an honor reserved for the top 10% of the graduating class). A member of the California Bar, he founded Mutual Mortgage Company in the early 1980s, serving as President of the full-service mortgage banking firm until it was sold.

 Skip Schenker

Skip Schenker Skip currently works with Benchmark Mortgage, specializing in renovation loan financing. He has been in the mortgage industry since 1992 and has been a licensed contractor since 1991. Skip knows what it takes to make a home eligible for financing, with his six years in construction related fields. He has also written articles and educated hundreds of Realtors, over the past six years.

 Sara Waite

Sara Waite is the principal of The Waite Group, LLC, a Dallas-based firm providing project management, client relations and marketing services. She currently supports Robert J. Jackson and Jackson Legal Processing, a nationwide eviction management firm also specializing in tenant occupied REO management. Sara was previously with Saxon Special Servicing in Irving, TX where she established the REO Department. 

 Matthew Mandel

Matthew Mandel, CEO of REO Property Specialists, has 24 years of real estate experience having negotiated and sold over 4,500 closed REO transactions. He personally owns over 35 investment properties valued at approximately $75,000,000. He was one of the pioneers in the belief and implementation of using sustainable (green) materials. He is also qualified as an expert witness in the state of California and is has achieved the prestigious CCIM designation. 

 Joyce Essex

Joyce Essex Joyce moved to Los Angeles to attend California State University, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design/Home Economics with a minor in Fine Arts. She and her husband, Danny Harvey, work as partners in real estate. Through dedication and a strong work ethic, the Essex and Harvey team the number one sales team in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 in the Coldwell Banker. 

 James Paine

James Paine is an entrepreneur and broker who is currently the President of Platinum Circle Companies, Inc. His current focus is buying real estate both to flip and hold for long term investment . James founded : RE/MAX Pacific, a short sale companies in San Diego called California Asset Services, Inc. , MakeReadyContractors.com, a website where agents can find qualified REO contractors; REO Broker Development, a REO broker consulting business.
